This high precision diff hat has been specifically engineered for the R200 Series of Differentials found on the following models:
*Nissan 300zx Z32 / Z31 with R200 Differential
This unit will maximize cooling with its large heat sink surface area and now comes fitted with billet oil slinger inserts (see last images). The oil slinger inserts are designed to prevent oil becoming aerated by allowing oil to sling off the crown wheel and keep the whole diff cool and lubricated whilst delivering oil to the pinion gear up the other end of the differential.
It comes fitted with -10 ORB oil cooler fittings and holds up to an additional 1 litre of oil over the OEM unit. The PRP R200 Diff Hat also incorporates an internally baffled -6 ORB breather fitting and has the Drain/Fill Plugs moved over to the opposite side of the exhaust and extra clearance has been made.
