Shipping policy

Please note that we don't carry stock of all items available on our website, so some items may ship separately. You will receive shipping notifications that will detail what items are in each respective parcel, along with tracking information.

NEW ZEALAND

We offer standard flat rate shipping on all items, calculated on the volume of the products order.

Shipping costs can be estimated using the shipping calculator in the cart page.

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days for Standard Shipping, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • Standard Shipping: Typical delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Local Delivery (Nelson/Tasman Region Only): Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.
  • Pick Up (Nelson Only): Orders can be ready as early as next business day, depending on stock availability. Please contact us to arrange.

Nelson/Tasman Region Only:

If you are located in the Nelson/Tasman region and wish to arrange Local Delivery or Pick-Up from our warehouse, please email us at sales@prolinkperformance.co.nz before finalising your order and we will provide you with a discount code to use during checkout.

Please note that not all products are available for Local Delivery or Pick-Up.

Local Delivery (Nelson/Tasman Region Only) orders are typically processed and delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which may include tracking information if available.

Pick-up orders can be collected from our warehouse, sometimes as early as next business day, depending on stock availability. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, extreme weather, or high order volumes. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Rural deliveries may take longer than the typical delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently only ship internationally to Australia.

Australia:

GENERAL INFORMATION

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you via email as soon as possible. Prolink Performance is not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. These charges are in addition to the price of the goods purchased.

It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing inaccurate or incomplete information. Please double-check your address at checkout.

All items shipped by us are in new and undamaged condition, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. While the item was likely damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the courier company. Please retain all packaging materials in case a claim needs to be filed.
